I don't know of any plumbers or mechanics who offer : -
1. No fix No fee;
2. Free/Cheap advice on how to do it myself;
3. Give me advance notice of how to complain;
4. Tell me exactly how much I'm going to be charged beforehand;
5. Give me 6 years run off insurance up to £2m for free;
6. Store details of the work for 6 years for free;
7. Expect me to on the one hand act like a businessman in a commercial world yet on another act in a fiduciary capacity;
8. Sympathetically accept my negativity 24/7.
