So the BS get a solicitor whom it can sue if anything should go wrong. He has insurance so that if cannot pay his insurer will. That insurer must now be rated to ensure he is able to pay. How soon before lunatic insists upon raters themselves being rated so as to ensure they can rate? In other words Quis custodiat ipsos custodies? This insanity goes on and on and, of course, costs and SOSs. And I just wonder who is going to have to pay for all this?
