In a couple of years from now we will all still be fighting over Mitchell issues, that were never issues pre Mitchell. There will be more applications more satellite litigation, more each party trying to score wins for their clients over failures in procedure without even considering the facts of the case.

Claimant - your cheap faulty machinery caused me to lose my right leg.. I will never work again.
