Trust me if the insurers were making an easy profit out of the Solicitor PII market then they would all be offering it.

The fact that they are not shows that the Minimum terms need to be changed, when this happens more insurers will enter and this will increase the competition and premiums should fall.

I honestly do not think that it is the insurers who are at fault for the broken system. My fingers are crossed that the SRA do something sensible to fix this.
