Another judge whining about the effect LiPs are having on the courts. Well we told the government that this would happen and they ignored us so they reap as they sow and the judges should shut up and get on with it like the rest of us have to. Solicitors have been absorbing the impact of the general public for too long so now the judges are getting just a glimpse of how horrible they really are and they are welcome to it.

At least they are not now using my office resources and my PII etc and giving me sleepless nights with their threats of complaints or claims because they did not get exactly what they wanted from the court.

The judges are welcome to it - rather them than me.
