And the Judges didnt see this coming???? Perlease!!! Gone are the days when Solicitors and Barristers would present the Judges with neatly packaged cases and controlled clients and would take the flack for the slightest imperfections.....maybe the Courts should be employing bouncers to keep the warring LIP's under control....access to Justice, forget it!
