As to budgets, how much us going off-shore to holders of the PFI debts that are busting the NHS and Schools? As to fat-cat criminal law lawyers? Not compared to the Metropolitan whizz kids. £70 an hour against £300 - £500 per hour for a senior Civil litigation man.
