When faced with a contemptuous Family Law Case, I as grandmother set out to identify the legal acting for the LA, I was surprised to be informed it was a local firm of solicitors, the same solicitors firm that employed the acting solicitor for my Grandchild, who in turn advocated the Guardian Ad Litem.
When I complained to this firm Conflict of Interest , I was informed the acting solicitor for my Grandchild had left the firm, and was verbally informed by an office clerk, I did not know who I was threatening,
This situation should be looked into by the Law Society and judges, Why should one solicitors firm still enjoy guaranteed status while other companies in the area fight for the scraps and are controlled by one local solicitors firm
