Clearly the MoJ wasn't looking at the Court Service in England and Wales when it did this report.

It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone in the Court Service, either the call goes to a central call centre or they just don't answer the phone or the phone system cuts you off.

It takes at least 3 weeks for anyone to deal with correspondence and a similar length of time to get anything issued from the Salford and if you are very lucky, you might get the paperwork back and the notice of hearing in time for the hearing itself.

Sorry MoJ, the cuts are making it increasingly impossible to do our jobs properly.
