I also get quite a few people who have no confidence in union representation ie free but rubbish and clients are suspicious of being directed to panel solicitors let alone in house legals especially as they fear they are not real solicitors who are dealing.
with their cases. People like to choose their own solicitors. hence the legal expense insurers eventually having to concede no-one should restrict a persons right to choose own solicitor. Perhaps graying also needs to learn this when he forces the public defender services down the throats!
