Self serving rubbish. I can only sit and laugh at the whole consumerist movement, Rantzen, Robinson et.al. Granted there is poor service, it would be churlish to deny, but not on the scale these clowns want people to believe.

Consumerism drives prices down, increases choice and improves service, so we are told.

Errm no, undercutting drives out the smaller independent players, decreases choice and service does not improve. Indeed, look at the petrol stations that have gone, decreasing choice and we are now left with pay at the pump 'self service' !

Its all a con !!

I'm still waiting to see the miracle of the new ways of innovative and flexible working in the profession and how ABS is delivering it. Can anybody direct me to a website that demonstrates a good example for the new savvy consumer ??

Downloading your own doesn't work, I know several successful business people who wouldn't know where to start with drafting their own agreement commercial agreement ?
