"Nearly half of individuals dissatisfied with legal services do not complain"

Implying every dissatisfied client has reason to? Or is it because we're solicitors we're presumed to be in the wrong whenever a client is dissatisfied? Nearly every complaint my firm has received while I've been there has been from a client trying it on, and usually seeking the ridiculous remedy of either a complete refund of all fees and disbursements or for us to undertake a considerable amount of future work for free (including the firm paying all disbursements in the process).

The current system of legal complaints is horribly broken and does nothing but allow vexatious clients a means of attack.
