I will never ever consult a solicitor. The last one ran a fire damages claim on for 7 years, finally the defendants got the claim struck out for "inordinate and inexcusable delay", the word son the court order. I complained to SCB and was told I had to prove negligence. Isn't "inordinate and inexcusable delay" negligence?
It says in the solicitors regulations that if a solicitor allows a case to be struck out for "inordinate and inexcusable delay" it is automatic compensation to the client. Anonymous says, "in such cases we apologise and compensate the client!" No wonder you dare not give your name you could be in serious trouble bordering on fraudulent misrepresentation.
