Spot on Paul, this is a form of reverse discrimination. So you have a candidate with a first from Oxbridge up against a third from Blaenau ffestiniog, but the former is male and the latter female and you go for the latter just because she's a 'she'??? What a load of nonsense!!!

If they were to recruit their employees on that basis they would soon have a discrimination claim. In fact I think I might just apply and when I am rejected I shall point to this policy and claim unlimited damages for discrimination. What a wheeze that would be!
