I'm not surprised because the Employment Tribunal System is broken and unusable for a genuine employee who does not belong to a Union. They will be out of a job with no money, the fee remission scheme does not work and they will face an employer with resources and representation against whom they have little or no chance and who may play the "costs game" by specifying a large number of witnesses and a few days tribunal time. The whole system needs to be rethought.
