It is only a matter of time, surely, that someone takes an Art.6 point on denial of a fair trial. Jackson, etc should be utterly ashamed of themselves - causing additional costs, clogging the courts with appeals on procedure and above all putting procedural forfeiture above natural justice. A shambles and frankly stupid - and these are the brightest judges in the land?
