All of us who ever undertook litigation know full well that it isn't the separation of the profession that gets the job done. Few Counsel want to or even have the facilities or paper skills to run an office and deal with preparation of cases up to and then dispose of the matter at a contested hearing.
But, one person who would have benefited from trying to do our job is Lord Justice Jackson.
