"All parts of society are having to tighten their belts (due to the massive deficit left us by the last Labour government) and it is only fair that this should apply to the legal sector too. If we did not make efficiency savings in Legal Aid we might have to make cuts to the NHS, or children, or puppies. The efficiency savings are having no effect on access to justice. Did I mention the massive deficit left us by the last Labour government?" - MOJbot2010
