'Press freedom', Rosemary, surely means freedom to publish any fact you can prove, or opinion you can justify. It does not mean that the press can go about the place committing crimes to find out what it might publish if of interest, or is that not what you are saying. I accept that your main thrust is on 'internet freedom'.
