There too many innocent prisoners in British jails already owing to the Legal Aid available to defend cases is so limited that Barristers do not prepare cases properly and miss crucial evidence that would acquit the defender. To take even more away from prisoners should be challenged on the "Human Rights" issue, and the fact that Prisons Close ranks when they are at fault. Without Legal Aid , how can any prisoner challenge the power and the word of the Officers, who protect each other to the bitter end. No Justice for the Truthful any more.!!!!!
