Thats all clear then.We were just misunderstood but dont refer to the previous cases ever again and dont make any applications to enforce sanctions unless it is an extreme case otherwise we are going to give you a pasting on costs. Oh and by the way the person who proposed the reforms doesnt agree with the rest of us so if you get an appeal in front of him we might change it all again
