Whenever a Judge wanted Ito increase his self-esteem, he would acidly point out at any instance of even momentary delay that "the most expensive element of the Court's service was being wasted"
I wonder what the same judge now opines to the droves of LiPs, blocking his Court and generally behaving in the manner of people with little grasp on the niceties of "well-ordered litigation".
As The Lord Chancellor has an ex officio right to be heard in the Local County Courts, he should find out why its such a dog's breakfast of unrepresented litigants.
