The 'astonishing' burden of claims against the NHS has only one cause and that is the 'astonishing' level of negligence that pervades all levels of medical practitioners within the NHS. No doubt the MDU are hoping that the insurance company lackeys at the MOJ will swallow their two dimensional reasoning and introduce measures that will 'chivvy along' the incompetent doctors so they can continue to cause misery to future patients without being concerned by any consequences to themselves
