....apologies for the bizarre typos above - predictive text bites again.

I am weary of the fact that this Daily Mail headline is obviously a prelude to the usual steady stream of tripe we see (probably under pictures of sour faced politicians blaming lawyers for austerity and the collapse of the NHS) before costs are slashed (again) and yet another process bundled into the horrifically designed process that is the MOJ Portal.

Law really isn't for grown ups any more is it?

The rights of those who are injured or killed are consigned to the bin as scroungers and opportunists again I see. Try telling that to a family who has lost a child or spouse because of appalling blunders.

The matters I'm seeing across my desk are shocking tales of serious injury or fatality, and it's getting worse.
