No I haven't been in every court. And you have?

I accept that there are a whole range of circumstances. That does not change that reality that the cost of, in particular, the criminal justice system has to be controlled.

I worked as a solicitor in the criminal justice system for 5 years. A significant number of 'professionals' exploit the system to make money without a care about the cost and wider public interest. Such is life, hence the need for careful control.
