Yes indeed Anon - shameful indeed - the Urban dictionary states, inter alia, "epitomy, the common misspelling of the word 'epitome'. Ironically, some pompous f***s also misspell it as 'empitome'. ... Well done old chap, you have a well deserved A+ from me in this spelling contest.

I welcome the changes for paralegals and support them fully. I do also believe that Britain should move towards an American type of qualification into law, extremely difficult entry exams, a training seat preferably unpaid and on completion full qualification awarded. That is an Enterprise economy. I have witnessed extremely intelligent and well deserving barristers fail the NY state bar exams.

That is just my opinion.
