Lies, lies and damned statistics.
Capita might ask an interpreter to attend. However if the interpreter does not attend Capita have still fulfilled its contractual requirements.
HMCTS should be required to release statistics of requests for interpreters so we can compare and contrast.
Problem is MoJ deliberately manipulate stats and data to support the political basis of the cuts which is to save money by restricting the right to challenge the State.
CPS and Legal Aid Agency and all the other constituent parts of the Criminal Justice Service fail to challenge the MoJ and insist that staff don't complain or tell the truth either.
The system that controls our Criminal Justice System is corrupt.
