Is this not just typical of some, probably only a few, members of the judiciary who then ,like dishonest solicitors, give the rest a bad name?

If this judge felt so strongly about his appearance he should have said something behind closed doors and at the start of the trial.. As it is he harboured these sentiments throughout the hearing.

Go on, complain, Mr Blacker, or these outspoken judges will just keep getting away with it. They need putting in their place, not you. And if you had been what he deemed 'properly dressed', but made a mess of the case, nothing would have been said, if you were a barrister that is.

Disgraceful Morgan, disgraceful, and I hope that on reflection, doubtless somewhere between the 5th and 15th hole of the golf course, you will regret what you said in the public gaze.
