I will make a full statement once I am advised to do so by my lawyers but for now only an editorial correction. My ribbons were medal ribbons, properly worn and in good order, with permission and after advice and the badge which was presented to me formally was worn discretely on my robe sleeve on the inside, to remind me of those whom I serve. I wore a solicitor advocates robe and solicitor advocates wig. I will not make any further comments until this matter is concluded. I disagree with the judge's comments entirely.
