As with all cases in a court room there are always people who feel that they may have been treated inappropriately for one reason or other. That said as a solicitor on the Wales And Chester circuit I personally have the highest regard for HH David Wynn Morgan. The issue of speaking to Alan Blacker in open court is one in my view of judicial discretion and I am sure that there was no intention by this judge or any other judge to mock but simply doing what a judge is employed to do .. Uphold the law and the importance of a judicial function.
