The police have not properly investigated RTA's RTC's or whatever you want to call them for years. They are supposed to investigate injury RTC's and maybe if they did it properly we may get some decent figures. As it is fraud is relatively low on their list of priorities so I don't hold out much hope. One thing is sure the insurance companies figures can't be trusted so yet again this government make policy on the hoof at the expense of the public.
