To reform the family courts is simple.
1. Remove legal aid full stop.
2. Remove lawyers/barrister from the court arena.
3. All allegations MUST be proved at the first instance, not built up over months and months.
4. Abolish CAFCASS....that'll stop their in-competencies and lies.
5. Ditch mediation...complete waste of time as it's not legally binding.Just another money making scam.
6. Make contact centres for the principle that they were supposed to be used for....children at risk. Contact centres are being abused by the family courts and cafcass because it's easy to chuck a parent in there. Non-resident parents sometimes being asked to pay, yet the resident parent isn't......where's the EQUALITY in that? More and more non-resident parents stand up to the system and refusing to pay and rightly so.
7. Withdraw so called expert witnesses such as psychologists. Way too many people are abhorrently being diagnosed with having a narcissistic personality disorder when if the truth be known, all that person has done is stand up to the bias and incompetent system. I know, we've got a dad here, he fights the system, lets send him off for a psychological assessment. The psychologist likes us as we generate more money for them and will more or less do as we ask....nail him as a narcissist.

The withdrawal of legal aid, in my opinion, is the most positive thing to happen in family law for decades. However, since with withdrawal in April 2013, the number of domestic violence's has increased, clearly raised in order to obtain legal again. Lawyers no doubt encouraging their prospected clients to claim domestic violence/harassment..no surprise there eh! "Has the other party breathed on you, looked at you, text you, called you?" Please say that they have as then you can claim domestic violence/harassment and therefore I can claim money for the company and then you can hide behind me whilst we can make up lies.
