Divorce in courts is business to make money for the government. It has nothing to do with the right or wrong. The longer the case is in the courts, the better for the government as there is a financial interest. Judges cannot be efficient as a result because they need to make money for the government and they are paid quite well to dismiss cases and let the parties struggle with more cost. So anyone read the Bribery Act 2010 where definition of fraud is clearly stated? Efficiency to the system will be good but it is a never ending process. What the system really needs is younger Judges who actually attended schools with both boys and girls together and have a solid family background at home. A family court judge needs to have a clean history and not an abusive attitude towards his own family. Such a judge cannot provide justice to society. So, why don't we get younger judges to sit on the bench and leave the old ones to become advisers but take the power away from them? The system surely will change then by itself as fresh blood and new thinking will bring changes automatically.
