I entirely understand the strategic unwillingness urged upon those with the humanity to provide help at no cost, save to themselves. Unfortunately, I also anticipate the complete lack of interest or concern on the part of the Government and its chief hatchet-man, Mr Grayling in the deprivation of those in dire need of proper representation. It seems that the civilised system has been closed until further notice.
