Never truer words than demand is greater than ever for legal services! Widespread wrongs within another once profession, financial services creates a massive demand for matters the FOS are tied to their insurer funders to deny complaint success.

However, I am sure the demand for new cars is as high as it has ever been but few can afford!

As always and forever, something less and often worse is always cheaper. So are the initial stages of ripoffs as often there are no upfront payments and terms are easy. Wonga?

The problems come along the way as matters become complex and hence, expensive as skills are required not available when cost is king?

If only Grayling understood consumers get nothing worth having for nothing?

But hey, as ABSs add incomes from advices to make themselves richer, independence of advice, a lawyers prerequisite is lost.

As those passing out cases know, mdesperation has set in with many, many law firm marketing managers cold calling for work referral.

Many other regulators, regulated firms are actively working commission systems to reward those who succumbe to cash backs for cases despitebthenlax enforcement of laws/rules preventing the working systems!

While the few who can manage do albeit the future of law looks like a Grayling desire for call centres to deal with all legal matters for consumers/aka plebs!

McFriends will certainly do very well although PII insurance premiums are likely to rise as lawyers win many negligence claims.

At least one speciality has a bright future and perhaps insurers may get to regret their wishes Grayling fulfilled?
