I imagine that the paid staff currently running the service will by and large be TUPEd over and the volunteers currently supporting the service will carry on so doing ( if they want to).

No need to resond like Mr Angry from Tunbridge Wells ( with due redoect to Tunbdridge Wells, a charming provincial town)
