Has anyone ever tried explaining our new costs rules to a foreign lawyer. Add 10% here, take off no more than 25% there, don't pay any costs unless an offer is made on this one, don't apply for relief here, add in satellite litigation there, ignore the overwhelming objective in this judgment, instead of a perfectly solid machine that worked perfectly fine beforehand.
