This looks as if GP's were only asked about the areas of law which advice centres and CAB's dealt with when publicly funded advice was all but removed from solicitors and granted to CAB's by the last Labour government? Who was behind the poll? was it Geoff Hoon?
What about all those hard working people on modest incomes who used to be able to make a contribution towards advice and have advice on nearly all areas of law? (the old green form advice)
