I think some people really need to get a grip of themselves. If you don't recognise the number then don't answer the phone. If you can't resist the temptation then simply tell the person who called you that you haven't had an accident and the conversation ends there and then. If all else fails join TPS. What you don't do is get in a tizzy over nothing. Simples
