Anonymous 10.40am you say telemarketing works but this misses the point. The article says the public are being bombarded with unsolicited phone calls relating to accident claims. This is a nuisance to the public and the tragedy is that we as a profession are not taking steps to combat this.

Its sad that the public anger over this has resulted in the Government setting up a task force to try and stop the nuisance rather than ourselves taking action
