One can see complete turmoil looming if conveyancers are forced to adopted a portal trasffic light system of some sort. It wouldn't only be the immediate parties who were affected but the whole chain, their holidays booked from work, their mortgage lenders, their removal companies. Not to mention the estate agents putting their oars in too. And with only a week between exchange and completion to try to sort it all out between all those people. I deal with factory conveyancers who don't seem to be able to get anything right at all. Let's hope no such push button systems are forced on us in the future.
