Also I've just noticed in a later item about Jeremy Clark-Williams who acted for the "plebgate" police officer in the recent libel trial that JCW says his career low as exchanging contract on a client's sale but not the purchase. If he can do it, so can the many and oft-changing case workers in conveyancing factories. Again let's hope no conveyancing portal ever comes about!
