If people wish to spend their money this way, it's up to them. The public purse benefits greatly: all that VAT and all the income tax on the lawyers' fees. What's the problem? The judges, with outbursts like these, are simply undermining "British" justice and all the money it generates in VAT and income tax domestically and internationally.
