If David Crawford clicks on the link in the Gazette article he can read the actual case report. (the full address is http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2015/5.html) This report includes not only details of the property (splendidly named 'Fiveacres') but also includes a map (possibly “for the purposes of identification only and not of limitation or enlargement.”)
After reading the case report I think the parties (and judges) are to be thanked to be putting on such a splendid case to gladden the hearts of property lawyers and law students. It is full of splendid stuff about private easements and public rights of way, usque ad medium filum viae (I thought Latin tags had been abolished), Wheeldon v Burrows and all sorts of other property law byways.
Just one criticism - the report refers throughout to the Ordinance Survey - I would have thought that anyone involved in property matters should know the correct word is Ordnance.
