This Fee structure hike appears to reflect the ongoing pattern that our political Administrators have decided to adopt, that their role is not to facilitate the better, more efficient functioning of our way of life, including the means of resolving Civil disputes peaceably but the eradication of State provided Justice and its replacement with ......nothing!
