You would hope that folks like President Caplen, who comes from an 'ordinary' provincial firm, would stand up for us 'normal' Solicitors and not put up with all the normal rubbish you see from the LS and SRA.

Unfortunately a kind of 'Stockholm Syndrome' takes over anyone who get within 10 miles of Chancery Lane, and they turn into the 'PC-Left-Wing' clone that dominates all Quangos, so that any hope for any commonsense is lost...
