You can thrust your head in the sand all you like, but the fact of the matter will still remain that whilst there are fees/charges that the average Joe cannot meet, then the rise in LIP's is quite frankly BLATANTLY inevitable.

And so why keep hammering the LIP's if they cannot afford to meet such fees/charges and as such they are forced to try and navigate matters for themselves.

If you had a gaping whole in the backside of your pants and could not afford to pay a Tailor to mend them, should you be chastised and ridiculed for attempting to mend them and cover your posterior yourself? of course NOT.

And so what makes the law profession so special that YOU think they should be able to treat other people in such fashion, when all they are trying to do is reap justice in an area that they cannot afford to retain a qualified provider of such services for, that they NEED but are sadly themselves unqualified for do.
