I really do despair at this lunatic proposal to increase Court fees. What price justice - a great deal. Rich man's justice - certainly. Politcians are completely out of touch, access to justice is being eroded as I type.

The only positive thing from my personal point of view is that I am just a couple of years from retiring. I am very glad I am at this end of my career but very sad that it now all seems to count for so little.
