Its now very common to find within Financial Services (Insurance Claims Handling) many FCA regulated firms refusing to deal with complaints as their own regulators intended.

When it is politely pointed out the firms appear to have omitted the substance and evidence from their own offices regarding rule breaking and knowingly untruthful assertions disguised as 'fair and reasonable offers' upon advancement to regulators it is now common to receive a threat their lawyers threaten vast claims /actions against the reporters less the complaints are withdrawn.

Seems insurer staff suffer much the same if they decline to do wrongdoings? Many engineers remain having their signatures put to 'Expert Reports' from their employers upon vehicles they have never seen and salvage values already filled in for them - there there, employers so like assisting to make financial gains and targets?

Just a fact of today's world of insurance whatever goes counts as profit, threaten or intimidate the complaint/reluctance to do wrong away?
