Those of us working these contracts are trying to do our best in difficult circumstances. The long in the tooth were in face to face advice way before the gateway was a twinkle in a SPAD's eye.

I have sleepless nights thinking of all of those who are unable to access advice by telephone and who are probably the people who most desperately need our assistance.

Roll on another top down reorganisation to make things better!
